I hope you all had a lovely nights rest. Once we wake up we think about breakfast (well I know I do)
That's probably my first thought in the morning 'Hmm what's for breakfast?'
Well here are my breakfast components: banana, strawberries and granola - this will infact boost your energy and your day!
I hope you all have a lovely day further!! I will keep posting more of my delicious meals throughout the day!
Ps: breakfast is the most important meal of the day!!
